VECTOR TXT is a base material which allows manufactures of hard crystalline materials the advantage of making their own diamond slurry for optimum performance in polishing process. Manufacturing slurry at the facility where it is used offers substantial savings compared to purchasing a pre-made slurry. Besides gaining control of performance consistency and costs, diamond slurries made with VECTOR TXT can increase removal rates of the material by up to 2X while helping to reach optimum surface roughness.
The product also contains extra lubricating qualities for difficult processes such as Silicon Carbide. The extra lubrication allows for use of higher speeds and pressures. Exceptionally accurate finishes can be achieved down to a polished defect free finish.
